Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are regularly in touch with the fulfillment centers to get an update on the shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
Refund & Shipping Policy
At Dumptee, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.
Once an order is received, it is sent for production on real-time basis & you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. Kindly ensure to update the right shipping details as once the information captured at the time of booking cannot be changed and we will not offer replacements or refunds for any errors from customer’s end.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues, dispatched wrong size or color and such. Do send us an email at email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org with the picture of the product received.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
If issues arise with a replacement order, you may accept a ‘Refund Voucher with 5% top-up’ from us which you may redeem for further purchases on our online shop or it can be withdrawn to the same payment source where it initially came from anytime.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
